1. In-stock items take 5-7 days to ship.
   Made to order items take 3-4 weeks to ship.
   

   1) In-stock merchandise can be returned for credit if it is in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. There is a 10% restocking fee, and freight charges apply.

2. 2) In-stock merchandise can be exchanged for other products and/or sizes without penalty.

3. 3) Special orders (co-branded non-stock items, items with custom names or titles added, custom colors, and any non-stock items) are non-returnable.

4. 4) Defective merchandise and/or packing/shipping errors will be replaced at no charge.
   5) Used and worn items are non-returnable, unless defective. Please wash any worn items before returning. Please call for return authorizations.
